Myron; It is good to see you on here.

The full DAIT system consists of sensors by each pump. There are summer sensors and winter sensors. The summer is set to 120 Degrees before it switches on and off at 90 degrees +- 5 degrees.
Winter is 130 and shuts off at 110 degrees.
The sensors should be directly above the pump very close 5 to 8 inches.
The external sensor is operated by the small circuit board inside the DAIT control box.
It should be set to 80Deg F to switch between summer and winter mode.
The best way to do that is with warm water and a thermometer.  raise the water to 80 degrees.
Place the thermister in a plastic bag and in the water. Adjust the DAIT until the light just goes off.

The Administrator.
